How do payouts work?–
When a customer buys from you, the money lands in your Creala balance and is automatically sent to your local bank account on a daily schedule. There is nothing to request or withdraw by hand.
How often do I get paid?+
Every day. Payouts run automatically, so your earnings keep moving to your bank without you having to do anything.
Can a payout ever be delayed?+
Occasionally, yes. Payouts are processed through Stripe and our banking partners on their own timelines, so a payout can be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as a payment processor or bank outage, an internet disruption, or an act of authority. In line with our Terms of Service, Creala is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, and we release your money as soon as the underlying systems allow.
